These three decades has seen the company integrate its operations, with an in-house Printing facility, three state-of-the art manufacturing facilities, and a self-sufficient tool room for making our own dies and tools. These help us achieve targets that are otherwise beyond common imagination. BCPL plans to expand its customer base aggressively in India and abroad. It also has plans of diversifying extensively in the processed food can packaging industry.

While BCPL is the flagship company, we have two other manufacturing units specifically suited for certain industries. This helps us bifurcate the needs of clients on the basis of size of tin cans and the industry.
Located in Mumbai, this manufacturing facility has been set up to cater to pesticide cans and select adhesive brands.
This is one of the recent ventures of BCPL. Established in 2005, its main line of specialization is in smaller sizes of tin containers. Its biggest off take is for Pidilite Industries Ltd.
Each of the units has an average production capacity of about 4 lakh tins/shift/month.
We have our own printing facility situated at Kaman, Vasai (E), Palghar district, Maharashtra.

Infrastructure |
BCPL owes its success to innovative trends and technologies. This in turn, necessitates supporting infrastructure. We are proud to state that we have excellent infrastructure in the form of in-house printing and lacquering facility for tin sheets, which may offset any quality problems while printing and help us keep a check on printing quality.
Keeping in view the expanding client base, we have added to our manufacturing capacity by starting two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, each of which caters to specific needs of our clients. Of the three, one manufacturing facility is meant exclusively for small round tin containers. Our manufacturing sites strive to operate safely, to be clean and achieve operational excellence.
BCPL has invested its strength in its employees. Its skilled and experienced manpower ensures that each and every CAN is subjected to all quality checks right from raw materials to line checks to the point of despatch.
